Dr. Seok-Won Lee
has received his B.Sc. in
Computer Science from Dongkuk University at Seoul, Republic of Korea, M.Sc. in
Computer Science from University of Pittsburgh at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and
Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University
at Fairfax, Virginia.
Prior to joining to the UNC Charlotte, he was affiliated with Science
Applications International Corporation (SAIC),
IBM T.J. Watson Research Center,
George Mason University and the
University of Pittsburgh. His
areas of specialization include software engineering with specific expertise in
ontological requirements engineering and domain modeling, and knowledge
engineering with specific expertise in knowledge acquisition, machine learning
and knowledge-based systems. He is currently leading
the Knowledge-Intensive Software Engineering Research Group (NISE) at the UNC
Charlotte.

Seok-Won Lee and Mattia Monga are the guest editors for the Information and Software Technology - The Elsevier Journal special issue on "Software Engineering for Secure Systems" (To be published in Spring 2008).
We will present our research at the main RE07 technical session, research systems demo/poster session, and the requirements engineering visualization workshop (REV'07).
